The Purple Dragons are lead by Angel and is a "community watch", and that they’re sick of mutants and ninja causing trouble on their turf. When the Turtles visited April's shop, the Dragons thought that they were with the Foot. After figuring out they were on the same side, the Dragons lead the Turtles to the lair of the Foot Clan.
